Registration Registration End: June, 15th 2026
Registration to IntSMS 2026 consists of two steps:
1) Fill and send the registration form.
2) Send your CV declaring your status (student or other) through the CV submission form.
Registrations will be considered only if completed by the CV submission.
For a profitable and fruitful learning, the number of students is limited to 70.
Registration fee
The registration fee is € 725,00.
Receiving Payment Deadline: June 30, 2026
The registration fee includes:
- Participation to the school
- Copy of the slides presented in the lectures
- Certificate of attendance
- Full board accommodation in a double room (5 nights, Wed.-Sun. included)
- All meals (Breakfasts, lunches, dinners) and coffee breaks
- Excursion and gala dinner (Saturday)
- Free shuttle service from airports in Trapani and Palermo to Erice and back.
Drinks, beverages, and after-dinner coffee at the restaurants, telephone calls, personal laundry, etc. are not covered by the fee.
Admission to the school and payment details
The eventual admission to the school together with payment details will be notified a few days after the registration.
Admission to the IntSMS 2026 will be done evaluating candidate CV, status and year of birth.
Abstract submission
Participants are encouraged to present an abstract for a poster communication on their own research activity.
Abstract submission is optional, not mandatory.
Details for abstract submission will be given to confirmed participants in June 2026.
Selected posters will be presented as flash oral communications.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations made in writing and received by the Organizing
Secretariat by July 15, 2026 will be eligible for a full refund minus a € 50 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations
received on or after July 15, 2026 or for no-show.
