Registration will be on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 1:00 pm and the Welcome addresses at 2:30 p.m.
The social dinner is scheduled for Thursday, September 21.
Closing remarks will be on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 12:30 p.m.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
DEADLINES: July 30, 2023 for orals and September 10, 2023 for posters.
Fill the Submission Form.
Language for abstracts & slides: English. Accepted lectures and posters will be published in the Congress Proceedings ONLY if they follow the proposed template.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: each presentation will be scheduled for a total of 15 minutes.
POSTERS: 85 cm (length) x 125 cm (height) maximum size.
FELLOWSHIPS
- 5 fellowships for the participation of young researchers to the DIFFA 2023 Conference.
Each fellowship consists in free registration and a travel/accommodation reimbursement, upon deposit of original receipts for
travel and accommodation expenses incurred, up to € 150,00.

ACCOMMODATION
Participants are requested to make their own hotel reservation and payment.
We strongly suggest making your reservation as soon as possible as demand will rapidly increase as the
Conference date approaches.
For those who want to reserve a room in the surroundings of San Michele all'Adige, conference venue,
please note that there are few options available and sometimes you need at least a car to reach the campus.
Renting a car and book in one of the many B&B surroundings FEM is a cheap, comfortable and interesting option.
FEM staff can help you with accommodation and shuttles.
