ON-CAMPUS ROOM RATES AND ACCOMMODATIONS


The University of Camerino has made rooms available for attendees in three student residences, right in the heart of Congress activities: Collegio Mattei 2, Campus and Collegio D'Avack.

Room styles range from traditional dorm rooms (single or double bed) to single room in two/three-bedroom apartments.

Check-in time is after 11:00 am on arrival date, check-out time is by 10:00 am on departure date.

Collegio Mattei 2 (Distance to the conference venue: 100 m)

  • Single bedroom with private bathroom - € 25.00/person/day

  • Single bedroom, shared bathroom (with only one more congress participant)- € 25.00/person/day

  • Double bedroom with private bathroom - € 20.00/person/day

  • Double bedroom with private bathroom, single occupancy - € 35.00/person/day

Campus (Distance to the conference venue: 1.3 Km)

  • Single bedroom in Apartment - € 25.00/person/day

All apartment units have two or three single bedrooms, shared bathroom, a living room and kitchen with refrigerator (no kitchenware or microwaves provided). Apartments do not have air-conditioning.

Collegio D'Avack (Distance to the conference venue: 2.3 Km)

  • Single bedroom with private bathroom - € 25.00/person/day

  • Double bedroom with private bathroom - € 20.00/person/day

  • Double bedroom with private bathroom, single occupancy - € 35.00/person/day

Included in all the above Housing Rates: bed linens and towels; daily room cleaning; Wireless Internet.

HOW TO BOOK

Book your accommodation by making a bank transfer within September 13th 2019, then send an email (attaching payment receipt) to servizioabitativo.camerino@erdis.it, specifying in the subject “6 MS Food Day conference accommodation booking from .... to ....” After your booking you will receive an email at the address you used to send us your booking request, with all the information concerning the room assigned, the procedure to collect your key and the payment procedure.
